Our experience with Duct Masters was excellent.We called for a dryer duct vent cleaning, and... everyone else was giving us appointments three weeks out. During the call, Darin was able to squeeze us in just two days later.John arrived on-site and got to work. He struggled because the ventilation duct was jammed solid—lint had accumulated and hardened due to condensation in the wet duct. I was getting worried, as we even discussed the possibility of having to tear into the walls to locate the clogged section.John worked very hard to get the vent cleared. After an hour of effort, he got it done—air was flowing again! I really appreciate John’s determination and persistence to complete the job.I recommend Duct Masters 100%. We’ll be calling them again next year to clean our entire ventilation system.Thank you!read more
