They came an hour earlier to clean the ducts of my split level. Very curteous and professional.... Done well and even cleaned up any debris the cleared from the vents to make sure the house was pretty much how it was before they got here, without of course the dust in my vents!Anything they couldnt do, due to no space or access to my furnace coils, they adjusted the price accordingly.Showed me before and after pictures of my vents and i can already feel like im breathing better. Status quo. They hit all the high points. But there’s more. My appt was for 11ish am. Bout 20 min late I get the call. Truck broke down. Could they come later maybe 4ish?. Sure No prob. Re arranged my day. They called at 4:30 to see if still good. Yes. And were done by 6ish.
Kept me in the loop. Worked beyond their regular hours. That’s dedication, customer service and integrity. That deserves 5 1/2 ⭐️

Pour une première expérience, ça été un très bon service de Darin et John. Le soucis du travail bien fait. Bien équipé. Ils ont répondu à mes nombreuses questions, je vous les recommande sans hésiter. Le nettoyage des conduits de ventilation, du souffleur, du conduit de la sécheuse et 2 ventilateurs de salle de bain a été fait.

2. Pre Arrival text, confirming our time and giving me FAQs that will happen during their visit.
3. Prompt, on time, courteous staff. And properly masked for Covid the whole time.
4. Quick explanations of what they were going to do, after assessing my home.
5. They new what to do, and worked with efficiency and precision. They have the equipment and knowledge.
6. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of my ducts. Everything replaced, just as they found it. I don’t know what took me so long to call these guys. Highly recommend their services.
