Pricing conditions

Transparent vent pricing

  • Customized billing: Vents are not bundled into a flat rate. You only pay for your actual system size — no guessing, no padding.
  • Flat rate per vent: All air supply and return vents are charged at $5.00 per vent.

Location & property

  • Standard range: Covers single-unit locations within 30 km of Baie D'Urfe (H9X 3R1).
  • Extended area: $5 per km (one-way) for locations beyond 30 km. Calculate distance →
  • Residential focus: Rates apply to bungalows, split-levels, and cottages.

Special fees & bonus terms

  • Attic/crawlspace: $150 plus tax fee applies. Only air washing is available for these locations.
  • AC coils: Includes (1) single indoor unit coil cleaning. Request a quote for outdoor condenser cleaning.
  • Loyalty bonus: Valid for 3 years (original owner/home). Invoice proof required. Applies to bookings after March 14, 2024.
