Vent Policy
- Baseline Inclusion: Our packages include 10 vents in all our packages. Additional vents are charged at $5.00 each.
Location-Based Pricing
- Standard Range: Standard pricing covers single furnace or unit locations within a 30 km radius of Baie D’Urfe, H9X 3R1.
- Extended Service Area: For locations beyond the 30 km radius, a small incremental fee of $5 per km (calculated one way from our yard to your home) ensures we can maintain our high standards of service across a wider area. Calculate your distance here.
Special Conditions
- Attic/Crawlspace Fee: A $150 plus tax fee is added for units or ductwork in attics or crawlspaces.
- Our Indoor Unit Coil Cleaning services the coil inside your furnace area. For outside condenser coil cleaning, please request this additional service when booking.
Property Type
- Residential Focus: Our rates are tailored for residential homes, such as bungalows, split-levels, and cottages.
Bonus Terms
- Loyalty Bonus: Valid for 3 years from your initial cleaning invoice, which must be presented as proof. It’s exclusive to the original owner and the home listed on the initial invoice. Applicable for bookings post-March 14, 2024; prior bookings don’t qualify.
Cleaning Stages
- Stage 1 Cleaning: Involves cleaning the furnace or unit blower, and the interior AC coil related to your heat pump, in their original locations without moving them. This stage utilizes only air pressure for cleaning.
- Stage 2 Cleaning: Entails complete removal and reinstallation of the furnace or unit blower. This stage uses both brush and air pressure for thorough cleaning.
Please Note: For units located in attics and crawlspaces, only Stage 1 cleaning is available. This ensures we adapt our services to the specific constraints of these locations.
